fix some frontmatter errors (lastmod; remove .Site.LastChange)

In 6932cbd I forgot to also remove `.Site.Lastchange` from
`layouts/sitemap.xml`

which resulted in:

will be removed in Hugo 0.136.0. Use .Site.Lastmod instead.
