BER not showing correct #1

BER values show sometimes values like .3% instead of 0.6% (This happened on RF only so far).

Maybe we can solve this with another algo/combination of substr/strstr etc. like on dmr-dashboard...

When this happened, MMDVM.ini was made to Simplex with:

Duplex=0
RXFrequency=434400000
TXFrequency=434400000

and a shitload of transmissions were sent (over the network to the reflector YCS232)
