fc516bcffd Git-plugin: Don't truncate commit number 
A branch name shouldn't be a commit number, and a commit number should always be in the long format.
Themes can reduce the size of the commit id, and they should be able to choose between the branch name or the commit id

04c3df512a Retain search query highlight on cursor move 
@guidovansteen discovered inconsistent behaviour when
zsh-syntax-highlighting is not sourced prior to
zsh-history-substring-search.

158990e5cf Remove unnecessary self-insert override, close #20 
@sunaku experimented and found that highlights are removed on
space bar and printable character key presses making the removed
code unnecessary.

53b389f786 Fix name of precmd hook 
The prompt function expects all them hooks to use the following
naming convention:

  prompt_<theme>_<hook>

This enables it to remove any added theme specific hooks when the
prompt is changed.

63b666ba86 Merged the bundler plugin into the ruby plugin. 
Gem management without bundler is a pain.
Ruby and bundler are inseparable.

de61ae0663 Do not export GEM_HOME in launchd. 
Exporting GEM_HOME in launchd conflicts with RVM and rbenv.
There are currently no known GUI programs that need it.
